PRE-ARRIVAL INFORMATION We encourage you to show up 10 minutes prior to your scheduled Spa Treatment for check-in procedural purposes and to familiarize yourself to our facilities. Please avoid sunbathing, eating a heavy meal, and consuming alcohol prior to treatment as it may negatively affect your Spa experience. Please deposit your valuables goods in your safety box available or leave them in your hotel as we cannot hold responsibility for any loss or damage. Please be warned that any treatment which is shortened in duration due to late arrival or any delay caused by the guest will still be fully charged.
